How to connect

Connection from the Altegio marketplace.

Choose Messedo in Altegio

In your Altegio location open the marketplace, find Messedo and start the connection.

Sign in or register

Altegio opens the Messedo dashboard. Sign in, or register — the form is prefilled with your Altegio details.

Connected automatically

Messedo is installed for the location with your API key; your approved Sender IDs are passed to Altegio.

Top up and send

SMS from Altegio are charged to your Messedo balance at your price; their statuses are visible in Altegio and in the Messedo dashboard.

Good to know

Before the first reminder.

  • Your own Sender ID is submitted in the Messedo dashboard; in Ukraine approval usually takes up to 7 business days.
  • New accounts get a test balance and a test sender.
  • Several Altegio locations can be connected to one Messedo account.
