Create an account

Register in the Messedo dashboard — Viber and SMS live in the same workspace.

Register a sender name

Submit your brand name in "Viber Sender IDs". Viber reviews it, and our manager will advise if anything is missing.

Top up the Viber balance

Viber has its own balance and billing history in the dashboard. Prices depend on the country and volume — your manager will send them.

Load contacts

Import phone numbers into Viber contact groups.

Send or schedule

Send a test message to yourself, then launch the campaign now or at the time you choose.

Track the results

Campaign history shows how many messages were sent and delivered.

Frequently asked questions

What is a sender name?

The name customers see as the sender — usually your brand, company or product. Up to 30 Latin letters and digits.

Is a sender name for SMS enough?

No, Viber registers sender names separately. For the SMS part of Viber + SMS you use your usual SMS sender name.

What can't be advertised on Viber?

Messages must follow the laws of the destination country. Viber also does not allow politics, loans and microfinance, tobacco and alcohol, weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling and lotteries, forex and currency exchange, religion and astrology.
